In 2003, Chad purchased the company from Jim Berry and with Jim's help, has grown the company to new heights. |

Dan Brady |

Dan graduated from Georgetown High School and Texas A&M. His
wife teaches at Lampasas High School, they have a daughter in
college and a son at Marble Falls High. Dan's family began
ranching in Texas in 1866 and Dan worked in agriculture for 20
years- eventually managing large ranch operations near Uvalde and
Abilene. Now he has switched to helping ranchers buy and sell
land. |

Lynn Nobles |

Lynn has a Bachelor of Architecture from U.T. Austin. Lynn's extensive experience as a land planner with Vernon G. Henry and Associates in Houston has come in very useful as Burnet County has grown and attracted more and more land developers. Lynn is able to put together land plans for various ranch listings to use as a tool in helping developers and investors grasp a quick vision of a property's potential. |

Wes Reagan |

Wes is a third generation rancher from South Texas who has been licensed since 1998. Wes has a B.S. in Business from Trinity University in San Antonio. He was part owner of a major cattle auction for 25 years and is still actively involved in ranching. His experience is developed from running large ranches in Texas and New Mexico, owning and supervising a concrete and framing company and serving on several Board of Directors. |

Bill Drake |
Associate, with Jim Berry since 2005
Bill has earned a B.S. in Communications from U.T., a Certification in Ranch Management from T.C.U. and a Teaching Certificate from S.W.T. Bill has been involved in rural land transactions for over 25 years and has managed a 512 acre ranch since 1987. He is on the board of directors of CREH, Inc. a real estate holdings corporation based in Austin. As vice president of Rotary Club of Burnet, he is also very active in the community.
