With the passing of Granville Hahn, the heirs have engaged Jim Berry Hill Country Ranch Sales to sell the Oakcrest Ranch. Mr. Hahn bought the ranch in 1997; it is located near the Shady Grove community and was part of the Munn Ranch. The old Georgetown to Burnet road went along the San Gabriel River at the back of the ranch.

Mr Hahn immediately began improving the ranch for cattle and built the first ranch house among the huge Live Oaks on the crest of the hill and near the existing barns and cattle corrals. Mr. Hahn's son and grandsons have enjoyed the ranch's recreational opportunities. The fields have been plowed promote sunflower and doves (the hunting has been excellent). Deer & turkey hunting is good and fishing has been good when the big stock tank is stocked with fish.
